Meetings
With our central location in Zeeuws Vlaanderen we are the ideal conference and meeting place. We can organize anything from the small 5-person business meeting to the larger conference and training for up to 100 persons. In our restaurant we can arrange both lunch and dinner for you, or perhaps a drink in our bar.
4 hour meeting package:
- Use of meeting room
- Unlimited coffee/tea served with cookies and fruit inside the room.
- During your coffee break, we will serve a snack, chef’s choice. (e.g pastries, cake etc.)
- Water and sweets on the tables
- Use of AV equipment: Screen and flipovers
- Free wireless internet
8 hour meeting package:
- Use of meeting room
- Unlimited coffee/tea served with cookies and fruit inside the room
- During your coffee break, we will serve a snack, chef’s choice. (e.g pastries, cake etc.)
- Lunch in our restaurant: soup, bread and cold cuts, served with milk and juice. (upgrade to a warm lunch for 3 € per person.)
- Water and sweets on the tables
- Use of AV equipment: Screen and flipovers
- Free wireless internet
Lunch suggestions:
- A la carte lunch in our Restaurant: Choose from our menu as of € 9,50 per person
- Group lunch: soup, bread and cold cuts, served with milk and juice, € 9,50 per person
- Warm group lunch: Soup and warm lunch main course, served buffet style, € 12,50 per person
Supplements to your package:
- Microphone with loudspeakers, € 10,00 ,-
- LCD projector, € 45 ,-
- Extra coffee break with a sweet or salty snack, € 2,50 per person
- Farewell cocktail with 2 drinks (beer, wine or soft drink) served with a snack, € 4,50 per person
- We are happy to send you dinner menu suggestions should you need that
